Seed of Life idea
Ok, I'm not sure if this would be as effective as I'd like, so would like some ideas on how it could work, or if it would be a complete waste. Seed of Life lasts 5 seconds max with a maxed title, and 6 seconds with a 20% enchanting mod. Toss in Blessed Aura at 13 Divine Favor for another 32% if you want. Now, since you can't target yourself, you would need to work with a Bonder, but....
If you have a Bonder using [life bond] on the whole team, and using [balthazar's spirit] for energy management, you already have the perfect target for [seed of life]. The only problem is it lasts a meager 6 seconds with a 25 second recharge. So, would it be feasible to drop the typical 'healer' elites ([healer's boon], [word of healing], [unyielding aura]) to make this more versatile? Go Mo/E and bring along [glyph of renewal] for an instant recharge every 10 seconds. So you would have down time of 4 seconds, not 21 seconds. True, casting times would make it a bit longer, but you get the idea. 26 health heals at 13 Divine Favor, and damage reduction from the bonds would make this a very powerful healing spell, with near constant use. The heal Monk would simply need to keep the Bonder alive, which wouldn't be hard.
I know there aren't many places a pure Bonder gets used, but would this be a feasible option for a heal Monk working with a Bonder? Are there things that could improve it more other than [ebon battle standard of wisdom]?

Yes it would "work" but whether its "feasible" really depends on it's effectiveness.
The problem with this is that with bonders, foes in HM spike for quite huge amounts, and your bonder may die that way from life bond. Another issue is that your sacrificing the elite slot on one of your monks to power seed of life, which can be used for bar compression, be it spike healing (WoH), hex/cond removal (PnH) or anything else. But whether it would "work"? Yes it would.

Building around Seed of Life just isn't effective enough to try seriously.
If you REALLY want to though, the best way would to have a dervish with Extend Enchantments tank as you cast it on him with Glyph of Renewal.

yeah its fun, but 1 problem.
as monk you see every 26 cloud, every one of them.
in FoW, Urgoz and other places where you can gather a loooooooot of enemies it can cause extreme framedrops or even D/C

While it could be interesting to build around Seed of Life, I would still run a traditional healing elite and rely on Seed as more of a pre-"oh %$*&" button. I'll have to cap Glyph of Renewal and try this for kicks, though.
Edit: You might want SB as well for the bonder, just in case the damage spikes are too much.

If you are life bonding, use [shield of absorption] on yourself.

Using 4-6 skills total just so you can sorta-kinda get efficient (but not really) returns from [[Seed of Life]? The only kicker is that on your enchant set (which is prolly gonna be a 20/20/20 Staff) you can get a 20% HSR on SoL, since it affects all spells, not just linked attribute.
You'd (possibly) be carrying:
[Life Bond] [Glyph of Renewal] [Seed of Life] [Blessed Aura] [Shield of Absorption] [Balthazar's Spirit]
That's... not what I'd call efficient use of bar space at all.

Interesting bar, but not very efficient use of skillbar(s).
